I would just like to say I rarely leave reviews however, I was so impressed while working with Mats (specifically Josh) that I had to leave a review! Our church was looking for a 15 passenger van. I had a phone call with Josh, and he answered all of my questions while also giving me more insight into the process of how they find the right vehicle. The service rendered by MATS was very good. Communication was good and kept us aware of what was going on. Many thanks. However, we understood from the email of 1/8/25 that the second row seats were stow and go. We ended up with a bench seat that does not hideaway. The deliverer was good, but left the van with some unclean places (the second row seats and the floor of the driver's side). Mats is a good idea and a good company. We just purchased our 5th vehicle through MATS over the span of the last 16 years. Every time they've helped us find a vehicle, we come away with the exact right vehicle for our needs. If there are any issues, they work with their customers to get them resolved and make sure their customers are completely satisfied. I stumbled upon MATS through a friend. I really really REEEALLY wanted to avoid a dealership tango to trade in and purchase a new vehicle for our family of 6. The trade in process was so simple, a matter of pictures and vin numbers exchanged as well as answering a couple questions.
