love this place, everyone is nice especially the trainers and they always are there to help, and i’ve been seeing good results when i do go
My son loves going to the Emmaus location. It is a nice and clean spot, he enjoys the workouts and within a few weeks has shown improvements in strength and power. He set very aggressive goals and his trainer had been focused on him from the minute he walks in the door. He works out 2x-3x a week and the cost is extremely responsible for the quality and outcomes we have already seen. Looking forward to the summer programs!
