Great training facility Ty is very knowledgeable he’s been working with our son for years now since he was really young he’s a high level competitor the work outs are specialize specifically for the sport of the athlete and work out a customize based on the sport Highly recommend great facility 🫡

Matryx is the best training facility in the Lehigh Valley by far, been to multiple trainers for my son and Ryan is the most personable. Always has something creative to offer and the helped build a fitness program at home as well. Whether it's new equipment or specialty programs for certain sports like baseball, he is always there and involved. Definitely see results. Couldn't be any happier and pleased. Highly recommended!

My son loves going to the Emmaus location. It is a nice and clean spot, he enjoys the workouts and within a few weeks has shown improvements in strength and power. He set very aggressive goals and his trainer had been focused on him from the minute he walks in the door. He works out 2x-3x a week and the cost is extremely responsible for the quality and outcomes we have already seen. Looking forward to the summer programs!
