It's hard to capture how big of an impact Sal has had on my ability to move without pain. I've struggled with back and neck issues for the last 7 years, and each time I tried to exercise I'd inevitably fall back into spasms- feeling totally demoralized- within a few months. Looking for a place to learn boxing as your new sport? Perfect, here it is. We went yesterday for a private training class with Lionel at MatrixFit and just loved it. Lionel did a great job explaining the moves and we got a full workout, with plenty of fun and sweat. It definitely made us want to go again and we highly recommend trying boxing there, whether you're a complete beginner or already an expert. Thank you, Lionel!
