Substandard and unprofessional. The shed Matrix built for us is the most substandard attempt at construction anyone could imagine. When you pay $27 k for a shed and get promised a quality product and install, you can certainly expect that. What we ended up with is a poorly constructed shed with a dilettante finish. Matrix couldn't care less who cobbles their kits together, have little interest once you've signed the contract and have paid up, show slow, poor and haphazardly response to legitimate complaints. We selected Matrix Steel to build our new 12 x 12 shed. Terry was great to deal with and their workmanship was first class. We can certainly recomend them.
Excellent company ! Terry was very accommodating to all the bits I wanted in my new shed/workshop. Build went flawlessly, and I absolutely love the finished product. Would highly recommend !!!
