We have a high pitch roof that I didn’t think anyone could help us clean, but Matrix figured it out, with great personalized customer service!
Connor and Sarah did such a good job representing the company to begin with, that I didn't even get a second bid. Glad I didn't. Good job everyone.
Update two years later: Once again I contracted Matrix to replace another roof. I used them again without hesitation because my first experience with them was great! Just as the first time their customer service and communication was great and everyone I spoke with was personable and professional. The crew was very hard working. Sarah, and Connor were so friendly, respectful and courteous. They were responsive in a timely manner to email and phone calls. Sarah is a delightful lady to work with. They took before and after photos, and went through them with me, explaining their repairs. It was my first time dealing with them. They are now my roofers. I will be calling them for regular maintenance. I highly recommend Matrix Roofing.
