Be cautious dialing into this office. Amy, the receptionist, was shockingly rude. I explained the situation of a 16-year-old struggling with breathing problems, and rather than offering guidance or even basic courtesy, she snapped, “There are no pediatric pulmonologists in this town.” No empathy. No professionalism. No attempt to help. Just attitude. Highly recommend, Dr. Liebling is exceptional. The staff is wonderful as well. Wonderful experience.
I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Matrix Pulm. Dr Liebling and her staff are extremely thorough & attentive. She listened and was patient. Never once did I feel like I was being rushed so the next patient could be seen. The office staff is nice & organized. Had all my follow up testing scheduled before I even left the office! I left with a diagnosis & a plan- now I am feeling a million times better! I will always recommend Matrix Pulmonary to anyone who needs a pulmonologist.
