It must really suck to respond to these reviews and be so snarky. If you did you job the right way this wouldn't have happened in the first place. The letter you sent was comical. It said my dryer vent cleaning was out of date by 2 years but was done in August on 2025. Wouldn't you be pissed to get a letter threatening you with a fine for no reason other than reading comprehension
The response to the review, is very rude opening, especially since I have lived under their horrid management (or lack there of) for about 7 year, clearly you don't keep records, which speaks VOLUMES on how they function. The sidewalk light never work, they don't even bother sending anyone, Claimed years ago they needed more money to replace them all, yet they still don't work, not sure what happened with the extra dues we paid for the lights, since they never work.
