I would like to thank our new Matrix Property Management Group, especially Erin Spiliopoutos for helping me to resolve a drainage problem in my Unit. She was helpful in recommending a good plumber, and showed a real concern for the problem to be resolved quickly.
Our condominium complex really likes Matrix. We switched to them about 4 years ago and are very happy with them. We especially like our project manager Sara. She’s very professional and knowledgeable.
