i have never in my life paid 78$ for nails here. i had crazy colors and designs my last set and paid 60$!!!! this was nothing compared to what i had last time. my shark had to be redone and it still looks like a walrus. don’t say you can do something if you just can’t. i’m so disappointed and i will not be returning. i even said something about paying 78$ and how ive never paid that they threw a fit. they were hateful and they rushed. i will not be back here.

I LOVE getting my nails and toes done at Matrix Nails! Everyone that has done my nails has done a great job! I usually show a picture of what I want done and they do their very best to match colors as close as possible! They are always nice and professional. I love how comfortable I feel there. Even if I dont understand the language! I've been going for years and intend to keep going! I definitely recommend going to Matrix Nails!

I cannot recommend Matrix Nails in Roanoke enough! This is my second appointment with Amy, and she has absolutely exceeded my expectations both times. She is incredibly talented, friendly, professional, and always transparent about pricing before starting, which I really appreciate. Amy truly takes her time to craft each set of nails perfectly. I did not feel very welcome. I got the spa pedicure but was rushed through. The nail techs, about 15, of them all talked and laughed in their own language and did not try to engage with the customers much at all other than when they came in the door.
