I recently visited Matrix Nails at 3419 Orange Ave NE, Suite B, Roanoke, VA, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired, particularly regarding hygiene practices. Upon entering the salon, I was quickly rushed to pick a nail color, finally settling on a deep purple that matched my purse. I handed my choice to Tori, who was working at station 7 for the pedicure and station 8 for the SNS dip manicure.
