I cannot recommend Matrix Nails in Roanoke enough! This is my second appointment with Amy, and she has absolutely exceeded my expectations both times. She is incredibly talented, friendly, professional, and always transparent about pricing before starting, which I really appreciate. Amy truly takes her time to craft each set of nails perfectly. I did not feel very welcome. I got the spa pedicure but was rushed through. The nail techs, about 15, of them all talked and laughed in their own language and did not try to engage with the customers much at all other than when they came in the door.
Heard really good things about this place and was in the area and desperately needed a gel fill-in so I walk in and tell them that’s what I need and they tell me that they don’t do acrylic services even though on the website it says they do.
I took my spoiled girlfriend to Matrix Nails and the service and experience was both enjoyable and satisfying. The professionalism and workmanship is worth the time, trip, and money spent.
They are the best at what they do i have tried alot of places and end up back to them
