Matrix Nails is under new management, and the experience was excellent. The owner was very friendly, attentive, and clearly an experienced nail technician. My wife had a custom nail art design done, and she was very happy with both the quality and the care she received. The salon felt clean and welcoming, and she’s already planning to come back.

I went to Sarah for the first time and she absolutely did an amazing job better than I expected. She took care of my natural nails before putting the artificial nail on. She cut my cuticles that hadn’t been cut in a very long time. This place is a must go to. The price was the same as I was quoted before going into the salon, which to me is a very big deal.

Such beautiful work & shaping done on my nails. The service was amazing & the quality of my nails are so nice. The shaping of my nails was carefully done & she was so kind when I would ask her specifications on what I wanted my nails to look like. I am excited to come back to such a welcoming & professional environment.

Staff were very sweet which is why I am giving a three star but service-wise I would have to give it a solid two. The nails as can be been in the pictures, came out very chunky and lumpy, especially toward the tips. The work felt very rushed as they kept accepting people with only two designated nail techs. Also Noteworthy takeaway, Not the most sanitary of places, there was a claw beetle crawling around a work station. And the towel being worked over needed a major deep cleaning. Overall not satisfied.

Nathalie did my nails and they turned out amazing! She finished in a timely manner with good quality. I would highly recommend!
