It took a month and a half for them to finally send me my security deposit after moving out and in the end they only gave me back 10% of the initial amount. With such large charges you’d think they would let you know where the rest of the security deposit went but nope you just have to take their word for it. A major reason for this lack of accountability or transparency is the fact that 5/6 different property managers came and went in my two years here. Do not rent here unless you want a constant lack of transparency.
Do NOT, Do NOT stay here!!! I promise you that it’s other places that’s better to choose from! The office staff have been changed numerous of times!!! The walls are SUPER THIN! The parking spaces are tiny and not worth it!!! They do NOT care about any problems or noisy neighbors. Constant fire trucks throughout the day!! Save yourself the headache!!!
I love this place so far! I moved in November and I couldn’t be happier. Maintenance is out of this world!!! ( two separate technicians and both were knowledgeable and polite) Everything I’ve ever put in is immediately addressed. Same can be said for the office staff! Britney is awesome and always very respectful and polite. The regional toured me while I was looking and she also had a very nice demeanor and kind attitude. Update 5/26/23: When you move out they owe you a security deposit and any extra rent you have paid. It's impossible to get in touch with anyone. It's been 2 weeks. I've called, left messages, emailed and not one response. They are ignoring me because they owe me money!! It's frustrating, ridiculous and a poor way for a company to present themselves. This is the worst property management group I have ever rented from. They will charge you 4x months rent when you move out and not return your deposit. They are a predatory and exploitive agency that should not have the authority to manage properties. On top of that, they will continue to lie to you. These apartments have 0 amenities, bugs, you can hear everything, are cheap construction, dirty apartment building, no court yard or grass to let your animals out, unsafe area.
