I had a consultation with Jon Aikman. Avoid him, ego issues I guess. Takes things personal very quickly? Not someone that will act in your best interest if he will represent you. Politely asked if the contingency rate was negotiable at all, as other lawyers were able to bring down the rate. He retracted the agreement. I found a better employment lawyer with lower fees AND better understands my needs. Dodged it!
