Finished product is beautiful! I gave one star because I wouldn’t recommend matrix. We had to reschedule several things in the beginning. All the rough inspections had to get rescheduled because of failed communication between contractors and builder. I ended up calling matrix a month after close out because we were missing two final inspections. Also, we specifically said to the builder that signs weren’t allowed because of being in a condo.
