TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE had total knee replacement July 8, 2024. Physical therapist Adam came to my home prior to the nurse the following day, stated that the nurse “ does not stay in her lane, she contradicts what the physical therapists say! Then he suggested that I apply heat to the affected area”studies have shown”! I asked if that was on the md prescription? NO! I was discharged from the hospital 2 days ago (Wednesday) & was told someone would call me from this center on Thursday to have an aide set a time to come out to my home to change out my bandages & wound vac machine for Friday. Since I have not heard from anyone I called first thing this morning to find out a status on a time frame & the lady who answered the phone was rude & stated they refused to take my case.
