Marty has a flair for stage and fitness! I am a kindred spirit on the former but I hope to be on the latter. It was fabulous! He took us through his program assessing us individually along the way. We felt so good we are coming back for the same. It was fun, not torment. Marty is very disciplined and his eye is on the end result for his clients.
