Terrible company. Unsafe practices and shady work. I would never recommend anybody work here. They have a buddy buddy system with Icon. Their only contractor.. Sad lack Accountability and integrity will be their down fall.

They must be too busy providing for their corporate clients to deal with homeowners. I called two and a half weeks ago to get some light fixtures replaced and an outlet installed under the eve. After discussing the work at length Bert said he would have to "look at his calendar and call me back with the time he could come and look at the job". I knew what that meant and I still haven't heard from them. They are very polite on the phone and fourth coming with a rough estimate of the cost of work, but that really doesn't matte... read more

The company I work for uses Matrix electric almost on a daily basis. Bert Fitzpatrick is always willing to take calls for us at the last minute and Matrix electricians are on time and professional. I will always recommend Matrix to family and friends and customers. They are the best.

We called Matrix Electric this morning to ask for a quote and the lady answering the phone was very nice and professional. I explained the issue and she asked if I had time she could transfer me to the technician which I said yes. He asked me what was the problem and he said if we followed some easy steps there would be no need for him to come by, he said he would do it for free. To us it seemed as a HUGE problem but he was VERY patient, helpful and professional. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any electrical needs... read more
