Company full of incompetents who request medical record documents. Informed them all requests must be sent via mail and they continue to harass us calling sometimes 3 times a day. Rude and unprofessional call service and difficult to understand. Sounds like they are calling from a call center outside the US.
Most unprofessional business I have ever dealt with. There answer to my review says it all, they do know who I am since they called me 4 time with the same stupidity, but they pawn it off with we have no idea who you are.
