It is an awesome place to go to cool people and a awesome place to go to have fun
Great atmosphere. The regular customers are just as helpful and nice as the staff. Excellent place to learn a new game, kill some time or even compete in events. Fun for all types of board and table top game enthusiasts.
This shop is the standard from which I compare other shops. And matrix set the bar high. Personable staff and great prices. Great community of people too.
Went on Sat 11/19, just to check it out, I really liked the selection of games and they were well priced (generally comparable to Amazon) and the staff were very helpful & polite. The best thing I think was the premises, there was an abundance of tables (three rooms) for playing Magic, RPGs and board games. They even have a 'free play' wall where customers can try a board game out for free before purchasing, or even just come hang out and play games. This is hands down one of the most amazing hobby stores I've ever been to. Amazing staff and friendly customers. The product selection was insanely expansive and they treated every interaction with respect and curtesy. 10/10 would go to again
