My experience with Jeff was extremely disappointing. Not only could I smell marijuana on him, but his visible and unprofessional behavior during the appraisal left me uncomfortable and concerned. I know it's legal, but you shouldn't conduct business high. I question the reliability and integrity of Matrix Appraisal Group based on this troubling encounter. I strongly advise against using them.
