I recently needed a home appraisal and a realtor recommended Matrix Appraisal. Jeff was responsive, professional, and personable. He patiently responded to my questions -- educating me in the most respecful way -- and, he was extremely knowledgeable about the process and trends. Most importantly, he was reasonably priced. My experience with Jeff was extremely disappointing. Not only could I smell marijuana on him, but his visible and unprofessional behavior during the appraisal left me uncomfortable and concerned. I know it's legal, but you shouldn't conduct business high. I question the reliability and integrity of Matrix Appraisal Group based on this troubling encounter. I strongly advise against using them.
Great customer service, Jeffrey was on time for our appointment, very knowledgeable & professional, definitely I'll recommend this company to family & friends for their home appraisals.
