I would never refer this company to anyone period, I am a minority customer that received the worse experience with the owner Ken Kriegish, the CEO by the way, he never came back to my home after installing a new central air and heating unit, he never returned any of my phone calls, but he didn't have a problem taking my money, I plan on taking him to court, I'm going to also report this company to the Better Business Bureau and boycott his company for treating minorities any kind of way and being very unprofessional!!! They were the greatest! Called in the morning before they opened, l left a messages. They returned my call before opening hours and asked a few questions, they told me what to do. They showed up promptly, very professional and courteous. Ac working great after service call. Highly recommend after using several AC companies, even the company that installed the ac unit was not as efficient and caring.
