This company is absolutely terrible. 2 months ago I was out of work for over a week because I needed surgery. So the company i work for helped me get paid for that week using this company. A month later I got a check in the mail for only $62. Today I received a letter in the mail stating they over paid me and they expect me to send them a money order for $32. I shouldn't have to pay them for their mess up

They make it stressful for people in already stressful situations requiring leaves of absences. At this point Matrix Reliance WILL be hearing from my lawyer.
I’ve sent over 3 emails in a 3 month period and called and left messages… no response wish my company never switched to this one. Just terrible and impossible to speak to anyone.
