They make it stressful for people in already stressful situations requiring leaves of absences. At this point Matrix Reliance WILL be hearing from my lawyer.
I’ve sent over 3 emails in a 3 month period and called and left messages… no response wish my company never switched to this one. Just terrible and impossible to speak to anyone.
Absolutely terrible, they make it impossible to get paid when you're going through a difficult time. My father passed away and I've spend more time doing their job and they don't want to help.

This company does not care about the people they are serving, only the businesses that pay them. Their policies are antiquated and timed to add to your stress when you are planning for an absence. I had heard nothing but horrible things from coworkers about them and then had my own negative experiences dealing with them. As an employee I unfortunately don’t have a choice but to work from them, however, would encourage all employers to avoid partnering with this company if they care about their employees wellbeing.
