If I could give 0 stars I would. Their service is appalling, here's an example of the many situations. We live in a courtyard home with HOA taking care of the landscaping on the courtyard. That's what you pay for every month. I sent a request to have them trim the overgrown bush/shrubs through their service request website and an email stating why we would like to have them trimmed. Pleasing all the people all the time is darn near impossible, but if it can be done, I firmly believe it can be done by Ed Szaky and his team at Matrix Association Management. These guys are abusive in their wording, and very controlling. Our HOA was fighting my homeowner regarding a simple misunderstanding, and we confronted Matrix about the fact that we were indeed following the strict guidelines and rules laid out for us. They were persistent in telling us that we were in violation, so I called an attorney who assured us that we were in the right.
