They are trash no 24/7 customer service or support. Their eld device software crashes
The service is ok. Trying to cancel has been a nightmare. I am disputing the charges for the second time and the CC company is putting a 15 month block on Matrack. I have the email verifying cancellation from July and they are still billing on my October Bill despite repeated calls and assurances my account was cancelled. Capitol One is great though. Matrack won’t be getting paid on their scam.
