If I could leave 0 I would, She was 20 minutes late. I changed my hairstyle appointment ahead of time and still came prepared to pay for the updated service. During the appointment, I was uncomfortable because the owner was rude and rough with my hair. I understand cancellations can be frustrating, but professionalism and customer service still matter. Unfortunately, my experience at this establishment was not positive & I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!
