Every time I go to Matossian's office in Doylestown something goes wrong. One time I was running 5 minutes late, I called to let them know. They told me not to bother coming in. They cannot wait. Another time I showed up for an eye exam only to find out that they changed computer systems over the weekend and told me I'd have to wait 2 hours before I'd be seen. I left. Absolutely terrible front desk I could not even get someone on the phone for 3 weeks. When I finally got someone on the phone they kept me on hold for 15 minuets until I hung up or just hung up on me. I called Dr Manto and got an appointment in 4 minuets

It’s now 11:15am. Been here since 10am for a 10:15 appointment and I have yet to see a doctor.
RIDICULOUS service!! I scheduled an eye exam, i'm driving there and 25mins before my appt, I get a call, they scheduled me with the wrong type of Dr. The woman asked if i'd like to reschedule for another time. I explained I took off work for this appt, and she said "she's sorry but they're booked up all this week." so THEY messed up, and they couldn't even try to fit me in anytime sooner.

excellent staff. Dr Desai always professional and answers all questions.
I've been seeing Dr. Desai for several years, ever since my previous eye Dr. retired. I have faith in her work, so much so, that I now come from Florida for her services.
