Every time I go to Matossian's office in Doylestown something goes wrong. One time I was running 5 minutes late, I called to let them know. They told me not to bother coming in. They cannot wait. Another time I showed up for an eye exam only to find out that they changed computer systems over the weekend and told me I'd have to wait 2 hours before I'd be seen. I left.
