They are very nice and they tell the truth and don't beat around the bush about what your vehicle needs. I've been going to them for many years now.
HORRIBLE. The car is junk. The customer "service" sucks. I have put literally three times what the car is worth into financing and REPAIRING it, now stuck still making payments on a car that doesn't run. My own fault for being desperate BUT expecting that a dealer would have a better quality car than a private sale. Don't be desperate. If you want to buy a junker, buy it privately, pay $800 for it and it's paid off instead of putting $800 down and financing a ridiculous amount on something that's just as bad. PLEASE be careful when doing business with these people! Matos tends to sell accounts to out-of-state finance companies with bad reputations without prior notice even if you have never been late or back-due with payments!!!
