Dr. Matlock provided a thorough explanation of sleep apnea. He was friendly and personable. His staff was as well. He gave me time to ask questions.
I was very impressed with the time that Dr Matlock spent to explain my situation with me. The entire visit was very pleasant.
A person described as his nurse's followup has been poor.. I called and left a message for the nurse and I was told she would call me back. She did not. So three days after leaving a message I called back and had to leave another message. Then I called again the same day because I expect a professional medical practice to return patient calls. Finally got the "nurse" on the phone.. According to my pharmacy the pre-authorization for medication I requested during the call was not done. Poor!
