Never rent from them. Our house is literally breaking in half, and when they finally did something about it the repairman flung dust and mold all over my brand new couch and my 6 month old babies things. Then when he had the air tested and it came back positive they have the audacity to make me pay for it. Do not ever do give them your business.
Slumlord. Needs to pay his property taxes. Got my family and the neighbors kicked out of our house in November 2025. Owing the bank $100,000. So we ended up homeless with no warning, I would NOT rent with Marty. He will NOT answer phones or emails. The house remains vancant, so why the rush to get us out????? Literally spent ALL WINTER in our vehicle. But yet he doesn’t care, DO NOT RENT
