Marie is a great realtor to work with. She is honest and gets back with you quickly. She is very communicative, and helpful.
This property management company masquerades as a real estate group. But they also manage properties and they do so badly. Their realtor Marie Steilin will waste your time and lie to you. She promised that we could get approved, so we applied. Then she said it would be TWICE the normal deposit to move in. So actually we couldn’t get approved with our credit and she was so desperate for a sale that she lied to us. Then she apologized and said she would refund. But you already know that that’s a lie too.
Marie Steilen has helped us for the last 2 years, through rentals and house hunts, and we finally inked the deal! Couldn't have asked for a better agent!
