Please ignore my previous post/review for Tim Matlock. He has come by and said he is resuming his service and keeping his word regarding our barter arrangement. Problem was a communication problem only. His work is good.
I've dealt with Tim for over a decade. Never had a problem until a rock was kicked up (weed eater) and broke my sliding glass door. We agreed that he would pay for the replacement. Then he balked. When I suggested he just reimburse me for half the cost, he agreed to cut my grass until the debt was paid off. He welsched on the agreement and just quit showing up. He is not a man of his word. Poor Character. Don't do business with him or you'll be next. I've left three messages for him and he just went silent.
I just started this year and I am so pleased how well my yard looks from last year its beautiful Tim is a awesome owner responds right away and his prices are perfect my budget , thanks Tim doing a great job
Tim has all 3 r's covered results responsive and reasonable definitely a 5 star service I've been very happy with all my interactions with Matlock lawn care
