My first time going to this clinic, the doctor and receptionists in the front are nice, and helpfull. The lady that takes you to the rooms is a bit rude. The lady who was in the room with the doctor helping him translate and take notes, she won't even look at you when talking, and shes rude aswell. Seems like it bothers her if you dont understand something.
This was my first visit and im a new patient. I come in and wait for an opening spot after filling out forms. I was able to be seen rather quickly. A little difficult to understand 100% of the words from Dr's mouth but when he slowed down it was better. I like that its required for everyone to wear masks. I like that if I ask other office's they're filled up months in advance for an appointment. I am very happy to have been seen and receive a referral. The initial appointment and covid/flu exam was at no cost to me as i have... read more

This is my experience from this morning when I brought my father in as a walk-in patient. The medical examination itself was acceptable. However, the behavior of one front desk receptionist was completely unacceptable. What made the situation more upsetting was that she is Vietnamese and spoke in a rude, rough, and disrespectful manner to a Vietnamese elderly patient.
