The upper management here is terrible and the fact that they are all related makes it worse. Don’t work here, the production manager Jim has an authoritarian problem with temps. He purposely tried to fire me on my second day of work bc I had 2 doctors appointments for that week that was scheduled weeks ahead of time. I would understand if I just didn’t show up to work, but I was completely transparent and told my line supervisor and express employment about this on my first day. My second day I get woken up to a message saying I’m fired for missing 2 days!!!! Mind you I hadn’t even started my second day!!!!!!! 15 a ... read more

Former employee here. Their quality control is horrible. They send out parts that I would never put on my vehicle. Communication is the worst, and respect for employees is non existant. I fought with them for months to get insurance, my bonuses I was owed, and my vacation time I earned. At the end of it They didn't like me being so vocal about being screwed over and they fired me.
