Matisse Englewood has the most incredible chocolate recipe and excellent customer service. The young lady who greets customers as she is working on creating baskets and platters, is very sweet and knowledgeable. I recently purchased a chocolate platter at another chocolatier in NY, and was not very pleased, as it was missing a specific item I had requested when I called in for a custom platter.
