Absolutely the worst experience ever. Having built several homes this is by far the worst builder we have ever dealt with. Dishonest, shonky work, cut every corner they thought they could get away with. Doesn't return calls if she knows it about issues you are not happy with, lies to cover up mistakes and then won't address defects and forces owners to go through the long and exhausting QBCC process to get defects rectified. How this builder still has a licence is beyond belief. Do yourself a favour and stay well away.
