Dear Colleen: On behalf of the manufacturer who made your sister’s wedding gown, I apologize that they shipped us the wrong dress. They did remedy the situation by overnighting us the correct wedding gown and we we’re able to do your sister’s fitting early before store hours began the next day to accommodate her schedule. Her gown was never lost; it was located in the warehouse within minutes of us discovering the wrong dress had been shipped to our store. I have never written a review before, but I was incredibly disappointed when I went to Matina's back in February. The consultant that was assisting me was so rude that I left the store in tears. No bride-to-be should ever feel put down when they are about to embark on one of the happiest journeys of their life. The experience was traumatizing to me, but I found the dress of my dreams at another store and finally felt like a beautiful, confident bride.

So incredibly happy with the experience and gorgeous dress I received at Matinas. I loved my dress! They carry newer styles and the quality is just amazing. The owner is professional and fair. Their seamstress is superb!

I happy to say that I tried on my first wedding dress at Matina's!! I went there based off a recommendation from a friend who had bought her dress there. I must say that after shopping around (I have been everywhere) they were by far the best experience! I worked directly with the owner, Julie and right away she was able to pull dresses based off my body type and helped me find a silhouette that was flattering. The staff was very rude today. I cannot believe this is the same place I bought my gown and 10 bridesmaid dresses. They actually suggested we go to a different store.
