I have been using Matilija water systems for about 6 years now and I can say i'm a happy customer. Have had a couple different service reps help out with our filter changes and other issues - but I think I have found our technician. Very helpful and always smiling. Answers all of our dumb questions and is very knowledgeable. Patience is a must with the wife. Thank you Ruben for always taking care of us. I recommend Matilija and ask for Ruben.
