I used Matika when I bought my house 11 years ago. I'm now selling my house and the buyers inspector found a lot of items that were not on Matika's inspection report such as multiple outlets with no grounds and multiple wires going into one circuit breaker in the electrical panel that could cause over heating. It's costing me thousands of dollars now for me to fix when I could have had the seller fix them when I originally bought my house.
Mike was simply amazing! We used him for two separate home inspections. He was extremely patient and thorough, and ensured we understood everything. I would highly recommend Matika Home Inspection to anyone looking for one!
We used Mike for our home inspection in West Chester. My husband and I have crazy work schedule and Lisa was able to accommodate us very quickly! Mike arrived early and did the most thorough inspection, even the realtor was impressed. What a great experience!! Mike was very thorough with every facet of the inspection. Mike took the time to help educate me on the furnace, electrical panel and the overall workings of the home. Being a first time home buyer this helped my wife and I feel comfortable that we were making the right decision. We are so glad we chose Matika Home Inspection!
Very, very disappointing! Mike wrote a much less substantive report than other reports we have seen, missed several important items and is more expensive than other inspectors. We would never use again.
