Extremely poor communication and unprofessional service. I had a scheduled appointment and called ahead to inform the office that I was running late due to parking. I also spoke with the office while still actively trying to park, and at no point was I told that the doctor had already left. I arrived only to find out the appointment was no longer possible, resulting in a completely wasted trip. He is undoubtedly the worst physician I’ve ever encountered. I visited his office because he was my primary care physician on my insurance card. I had never met him before this day. 5 days before my appointment I had a distressing encounter with a verbally aggressive customer at work, which left me with feelings of anxiety and insomnia. I calmly explained the situation to Dr. Matienzo letting him know it was suggested that I get a referral to speak to someone about what happened to me.
