Matics Roofing came to my residence on the agreed upon day to replace 5 shingles & completed the work, all at a very reasonable price. Mr. Matics was also accessbile by phone when I needed to contact him. I would use this company again in the future, should I have any roofing needs.
Tim (the owner) promptly inspected my roof within 24 hours of first contacting him. While I am not a roofing expert, he confirmed my suspicion that my roof did not need the extensive repair other contractors recommended (I knew enough to be skeptical). I am renting out this house from across the country, so he easily could have recommended the more extensive work - this is not an inexpensive house I was looking to cut corners on. EVEN THOUGH I WAS NOT AT HOME AT THE TIME "TIM MATICS" SHOWED AT THE APPOINTED TIME PROPROSED A SOLUTION AND CALLED ME ON MY CELL AND WE ARRIVED AT AN AGREEABLE RATE. HE COMPLETED THE JOB LEFT THE INVOICE WITH MY DAUGTHER. I LATER INSPECTED THE WORK AND IT LOOKED VERY GOOD. I CALLED HIM TO SAY HOW I THOUGHT IT LOOKED AND HE ALSO TOLD THE WORK COMES WITH A LIFETIME WARRANTY. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THIS CONTRACTOR (MATICS ROOFING).
We got a very quick response in the face of a storm, friendly service, did a great repair job without claiming the need of a whole new roof, and they arrived when said they would, and provide helpful tips for future reference.
Contractor was great. I will hire him for other jobs in the future.
Exceeded my expectations! Excellent customer service. Honest and reasonable estimate. Always showed up on time and had good communication. Highly recommend!
My projest was a small one and I appreciate them taking the time to work on such a small job. Their estimate and the work itself was performed without me even being present. Very convenient. They did a good job.
