Absolutely horrible when it comes to landscaping. They claim they come out every two weeks to cut the grass but they never show up. Grass grows fast. Two weeks is too long. I have to put serious effort into phone calls and messages to get them to come out. And when they finally do they do a terrible job. The property looks shabby like no one cares about it. I think the weed whackers just for show because they don't use it. I could do a better job cutting the lawn with a pair of scissors!
Manny has been incredibly accomodating for my specific circumstances and has been very reasonable in all areas. He has been very communicative throughout, with pictures every step of the way. Work was also completed to exceedingly high standards. I would recommend these guys whole-heartedly to anyone seeking a good contracting company without hesitation.

Manuel and his crew did an excellent job on the painting and flooring. They reglazed the restrooms. They worked quickly and price was very reasonably. I highly recommend them.
