Office protocols were less than desired, with zero desire to meet patient's expectations. Started when they didn't tell me they were out of network when I called to ask if they take my insurance. It would have been courteous to explain that to new dental patients. Made a big deal about making sure I signed off that I was aware of final bill but when the codes changed they didnt give any heads up that bill would change so drastically. I have been to both of their offices, and the staff is amazing. All of my visits have had very short wait times. Dr. Mehandru is the best doctor I have ever had. I got implants put in by him (in Wooster), and it was a great experience. My regular dentist (at a different practice) stripped the healing abutments on my two implants. Even though it wasn't Dr. Mehandru's mistake, he went above and beyond to replace the abutments (in Medina), and I got an appointment promptly. From the time I arrived, the staff was very welcoming and the hygienists that took care of me were so knowledgeable and friendly! Dr. Lemke was wonderful...very kind, thorough and explained the treatment plan they recommended for me. The day of my procedure, I felt very comfortable knowing what to expect and everything went very well! I would highly recommend this office...you will not be disappointed!
