I brought my Gaggia machine to Mati coffee because I was receiving an error message on my screen. I have two or three coffees a day, so to be without my espresso machine is devastating. Based on the timeline indicated on the website I was prepared to be without my machine for a couple weeks. I dropped the machine off on Monday, received a call on Thursday morning with the diagnosis and the quote and was told it would be done by 2 pm that day.
