My daughter has been going to Mathnasium since starting Pre-Algebra and because of them she has felt more confident during her chapter tests as well as the End of Year State testing. She passed her Algebra EOC on her first try and she doesn't love Algebra, but the instructor from Mathnasium have made a HUGE positive impact on her understanding all her math lessons. My 8 year old daughter struggles with math and constantly finds excuses to avoid it. When I first suggested Mathnasium, she flat-out refused to go, so I went alone and met Sean and Jimmy. They were wonderful, explaining their approach and reward system. I took a picture of their prize cabinet to show her at home, hoping that would get her to visit and it worked.
