My daughter had a fantastic experience at the Robotics Camp at Mathnasium of Point Loma! She looked forward to going every day, which says a lot. The instructors were patient, engaging, and made the learning process both fun and meaningful. Not only did she build confidence working with technology and problem-solving, but she also developed a real interest in robotics that she didn’t have before. I can’t say enough about this math program at Liberty Station. The staff is wonderful and flexible and the teachers are fantastic. The owner, Luly, is so sweet and accommodating! I get the feeling that they truly care about my granddaughter and they interact with her beautifully. On top of that, her math has noticeably improved according to her school teachers because of it. Updated on 4/23/2025 NEW OWNERSHIP! And new location! Sometimes a big transition like this can change a place but so far we are still loving Mathnasium and the new location in Liberty Station is a game changer! Mostly because now our student can simply walk on their own to the location and it saves on driving for us. The instructors have always been amazing and they still are. Our daughter has been going here for about 2 years. When we started her, math was a huge problem. Mostly a confidence issue, but she was not willing to get tutored by us so we gave Mathnasium of Point Loma a try. She went from "below grade level" math skills (in an otherwise straight A report card) to grade level work in about 3 weeks, and on to being a grade ahead this year. Has been worth every penny. Her confidence level is now bordering on cocky.
