Joining Mathnasium has made a demonstrable difference in my child’s confidence about her math skills and performance in math class at school. She was not keen about the idea of math tutoring but from day 1 she has enjoyed her time at the Mathnasium center as well as doing online tutoring; it’s great to see results *and* have it be something that she doesn’t whine about or treat like a chore. The center in particular is just a calm, relaxed, nice place to spend time working on math with new friends. Thank you, Mathnasium!
I changed my review from one star previously. I experienced poor customer service over the phone. I had only one question to ask and she was going around not giving me a clear answer and not saying that she has no answer. Instead, she was collecting information about me that are not needed at all to answer a simple yes or no question. However, the center director reached out the next day. Our 5th and 2nd graders have been going to Mathnasium since the start of the schoolyear and we've seen great improvement in their math skills. They also highly enjoy the rewards they can earn :)
