Terrible company. I purchased a mattress, they specifically said there is a return option 1 yr guarantee if I buy their protector sheet and enroll in their program. After a few weeks I hated the bed. Now I am trying to give back u der warranty but suddenly it's exchange only. I am stuck with this terrible bed.
