Sales person was very helpful, but it took almost 1 1/2 hours for the checkout.
Lindsey did a good job with sales, but after waiting 3 weeks for the mattress to arrive, they delivered the wrong size. It took another week to get it fixed. Once I have a chance to try the new bed and stop being irritated by the lack of urgency to fix the issue, I may bump the rating up a bit. Depends on the product quality.
