Brooke reached out to me once i submitted a request on zillow to look at a house in Canton. Brooke was always accommodating to our schedule! Ron was good, but the owners don’t have the best customer service. No real clear direction during the home buying process, and a lot of hidden fees that they won’t tell you about until later. I have no problem with fees if I am responsible for them, as long as I know about them ahead of time. Your experience may differ, but be ready for surprise invoices well beyond your closing date, partly because they use contractors that lack modern invoicing techniques, and partly due to lack of communication.
