Took care of our issues and respond in a timely manner to messages
We left messages at this business, only to be ignored. If we were to far out <less than 30 miles> then they could have called and told us instead of ignoring a new customer.
Everyone I spoke with on the phone was very polite and helpful. They sent a tech named Matt to our house and he was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Highly recommended.
Our guy started his own business and is gone from Mathis, So guess what? We can't get anyone to deal with an issue that needs attention now!
