Call them. – I have had two experiences with Mathis Air & Heat in the last year. The first time I called them was because my a/c was not blowing any air out of the vents, and the office staff was great! She was so friendly, and helped me to troubleshoot, found that a switch in my attic had just been turned off. I was happy, no charge or service tech necessary. incompetent – This company has been to our house a total of seven times to fix the same problem, a freon leak. Almost $2500.00 dollars later it is still not fixed. This last time the air went out on Friday in the afternoon. We were told that they would be coming the next day, on Saturday. So we had to spend the night elsewhere.
