I lived in this apartment complex for one year, and while the location and overall appearance are nice, my experience was not great. First, the complex is extremely crowded, with a lot of kids constantly playing on the grass. If you’re someone who works from home, be aware that it can get very loud with kids screaming and running around. The girl employee behaved very disrespectful, constantly not at the workplace, did not send the link for application for rent. The place is very noisy, very densely populated. Very unpleasant. For this price we rented in a more decent place
Horrible experience during move out. Zero damage, no dent, nothing major but, we were charged almost $150 per month of stay during move out. All the good things like location, school etc. are washed away due to this one reason.
