This place is a trap, don’t move in. They trap you every step of the way. Their lease agreement is vague so they can charge you for multiple things like normal maintenance. They don’t renew your lease to charge you. They don’t give you deposit back. The person they have appointed is super rude and will not help you but try to entrap you for extorting more money. Decent enough place to live. Pros: - Great location: close to stores, restaurants, parks, and not far from downtown - Property manager is nice and easy to work with - Well maintained landscaping, lots of green area - Plenty of guest parking - Comes with AC and heating - Has a pool (closed half the year, unheated) - Rent is relatively cheap compared to surrounding area (still expensive) Cons: - Expect to lose at least $500 of your security deposit because they always charge for cleaning and painting, regardless of the actual ... read more
Very bad behaviour for the staffI had a very disappointing experience with the renting staff. I enquired multiple times about an apartment that they repeatedly said would be available at the end of the month and that it would be put on the listing soon. Every time I followed up, I was told I couldn’t do anything without the listing because, according to them, it’s a “California rule.” I kept checking for the listing — it never appeared. I lived in this apartment complex for one year, and while the location and overall appearance are nice, my experience was not great. First, the complex is extremely crowded, with a lot of kids constantly playing on the grass. If you’re someone who works from home, be aware that it can get very loud with kids screaming and running around.
